The result is a fastener that is self-locking, self-sealing, and fully adjustable. ND Strip® performs well in both high and low temperature extremes. ND Pell-It®
Locking, Sealing, Reusable, Factory Pre-Applied
The ND Pell-It is a special, tough nylon plug, inserted into a drilled hole, which makes any threaded fastener self-locking and self-sealing, while leaving it fully adjustable. In addition to nylon, ND Pell-It® is also available in KEL-F® and Vespel® for extremely high temperature applications. ND Pell-It® can be installed in male as well as female threads and is Automotive and Military Approved.

SureTemp is a tough linear aromatic, semi-crystalline polymer plug or strip that can be inserted into a drilled hole or milled slot, making any threaded fastener self locking and sealing, while remaining fully adjustable. SureTemp is especially suited to applications involving elevated temperature environments

ND Soft-Touch Nylon and Brass Tip Pell-ItsTM make full-face, cushioned contact without the marring or scratching that is often caused by metal-to-metal contact. ND Soft-Touch Tip Pell-ItTM fasteners are factory pre-processed and available with or without additional thread-locking/sealing features.

The ND Patch® and 360° Ring-Patch® processes make threaded fasteners of all sizes and configurations self-locking and self-sealing. ND Patch® and 360° Ring-Patch® can be used with both male and female threads and leaves fasteners fully adjustable. ND Patch® is completely dry, fused to the fastener, and requires no curing time after installation. In addition, ND Patch® and 360° Ring-Patch® are Automotive and Military Approved.
ND Hi-Temp PatchTM
Locking, Sealing, Reusable, Factory Pre-Applied
The ND Hi-Temp Patch coating process produces a completely dry product that is fused to the fastener and is ready to use right out of the box. ND Hi-Temp Patch performs immediately upon assembly with no curing time required. ND Hi-Temp Patch maintains its torque performance through temperatures as low as -70°F (-50°C) and as high as +500°F (+260°C).
Vibra-TITETM VC-3TM Original
Locking, Sealing, Re-Usable, User Applied, Factory Pre-Applied, Minimizes Galling/Stripping
A low-cost blend of acrylic resins which make any threaded fastener self-locking and self-sealing, preventing it from loosening even under extreme vibration. VC-3 Original is available factory Pre-Applied or User-Applied in bottles & cans. VC-3 Original must be dried prior to assembly. However, once coated, the parts can be stored indefinitely before use. In addition Vibra-TITE VC-3 Original is Military Approved.
Epoxy-Lock®
Bonding, Factory Pre-Applied
Epoxy-Lock is a powerful locking/sealing fastener thread adhesive that is pre-applied to either male or female threaded fasteners. Though the adhesive surface is dry to the touch, the forces of engagement crush the surface skin, mix the separate epoxy components, and initiate a chemical reaction that fixtures in minutes. Curing continues after installation for 72 hours. Epoxy-Lock is Automotive Approved.
ND Microspheres®
Bonding, Factory Pre-Applied
The micro-encapsulated adhesive market is no longer dominated by makers of expensive brand name products. ND Microspheres® is an affordable, equivalent-quality alternative to brand name micro-encapsulated adhesives. It is offered in both acrylic and epoxy formulations, and is available Pre-Applied or in bulk for application by other fastener coaters/converters.
BiSeal®
BiSeal 0603 is a new wax based material designed to seal sheet metal holes upon installation of the coated fastener.
BiSeal 0603 is factory below the head of the fastener to seal along the threads and around the bottom of the head in sheet metal attachments.
ST-3®
Locking, Sealing, Reusable, Factory Pre-Applied
ST-3 is a family of Pre-Applied thread sealants, designed to be applied by ND or on customers' automated band coating equipment or tumble coater. ST-3 is available in blends to compete with 3M® Scotch-Grip® Brand #4291, as well as Loctite® Vibra-Seal® 516, 517, 503, and 503HV. ST-3 is available in bulk for application by other fastener coaters/converters.

ND LM-1293®
Factory Pre-Applied, Masking
An automotive approved process, LM-1293 is a teflon-type fastener coating that prevents undesirable substances such as electrodeposited automotive undercoatings, weld splatter, and some other materials from adhering to fastener threads. Its lubrication reduces driving friction, heat buildup, and thread galling in long rundowns. An alternative to Nycote®.
ND EZ Drive 200
ND EZ Drive 200 is a synthetic thermoplastic resin that is specifically designed to increase installation efficiency by serving as an ergonomic assembly aid. It is used to reduce installation torques on thread forming fasteners such as Trilobular*, Taptite*, Taptite II*, and Taptite 2000* and others in turn reducing worker fatigue while increasing productivity.
ND WaxLubeTM
Masking, Lubricating, Factory Pre-Applied, Minimizes Galling/Stripping
ND Wax LubeTM is a synthetic resin that, when applied to a fastener, reduces the friction between the mating surface minimizing assembly torque.
ND Anti-Seize®
The ND Anti-Seize 907 family of lubricants is specially formulated to prevent seizing, galling, pitting, excessive wear and corrosion. The protective paste consists of fine flakes of graphite suspended in a blend of lubricants and oils. It will not wash, squeeze or burn out, even at elevated temperatures and high pressures.

Stay-Put provides temporary, dependable retention for fasteners or other components prior to and during the assembly process. Stay-Put allows the fastener to be held in place while an operator completes the joining process.
