Accu-Lok™ Blind Bolts
The Accu-Lok™ Blind Fastening System, which consists of Accu-Lok I, Accu-Lok II and Accu-Lok IIa, is designed specifically for use in composite structures where access is limited to one side of the structure. It combines high joint preload with a large diameter footprint on the blind side. The large footprint enables distribution of the joint preload over a larger area, thus virtually eliminating the possibility of delaminating the composite structure.

A High-strength vibration-resistant, cost effective fastener to meet the most challenging blind applications. Huck Blind Bolts have been used successfully in many critical areas such as, engine inlets & leading edge applications. All fasteners are installed with a combination of available hand, pneumatic, pneudraulic or hydraulic pull type tools (No threads) for ease of installation and they can be installed on blind side angle surfaces up to 5° without loss of performance. The spindle is mechanically locked to provide vibration resistant FOD free installations. The locking collar is forced into a conical pocket between spindle and sleeve, creating high tensile capability. The lock collar fills the sleeve lock pocket to prevent leakage or corrosion pockets (crevice corrosion). Flush head Blind Bolts are designed to install with a flush spindle break so that often no trimming is required for aerodynamic surfaces.
Ti-Matic® Blind Bolts
The Ti-Matic® Blind Bolt is a high strength, vibration resistant, cost effective lightweight blind fastener. Ti-Matic® Blind Bolts have been used successfully in many critical aerospace structural applications. All Ti-Matic® Blind Bolts are designed for installation with a variety of available pneudraulic or hydraulic pull type tools. They function in hole sizes and grip ranges similar to traditional MS Blind Bolts and can be installed on blind side sloping surfaces up to 5° (EV version) or 7° (MV version) without loss of performance.

Visu-Lok® Blind Bolt
The Visu-Lok® system is a blind fastener that provides high shear, tensile, fatigue, and self-locking capabilities. Unlike conventional nut and bolt combinations, the Visu-Lok blind bolt can be completely installed, and fully verified, from one side of the structure. When installed, the Visu-Lok forms a solid, blind side head, with minimum preload levels guaranteed. Manufactured in 1/16” increments, Visu-Loks have an operational grip range of .062”.
